Bistro 27 is the place for your next Special Event!
Bistro 27 is a lively Euro-American restaurant located in downtown Richmond, Virginia. Formerly known as the Kauffman Furniture Building, Bistro 27 opened its doors on November 5th, 2005, within the epicenter of the Arts and Cultural District, home to Richmond’s “First Fridays” events. Our menu is inspired with the local and regional farmers and watermen in mind. Great care has been spent in creating healthy, fresh options for our guests. Hand rolled pasta, locally baked breads, fresh fish and seafood caught from the Chesapeake Bay, locally farmed meats, and a collection of seasonal vegetables, come together to make every meal a delight. In the case of special food requirements, we are happy to accommodate our guests to best suit their needs and wants. Children’s menus are available upon request. We even keep special doggy treats for our four-legged friends in the neighborhood.
The beverage program at Bistro 27 continues to expand and adapt to the ever-changing craft beer and wine industry. You will find up to eight draft beers on tap and an astounding wine selection to suit every taste. Our wine list varies from little known gems to world class award-winners. With our 25-foot floor-to-ceiling wrap around windows, we have the ultimate view looking onto the intersection of Broad and Adams Street. Directly across from the Maggie Walker Plaza, guests are easily able to pay homage to the well-known memorial. Our venue boasts more than 7,000 square feet of flexible dining space. If you are seeking a sense of privacy, there are two spaces allowing for such, accommodating up to 150 guests.
